Background:

  • Dale Brown is a Jamaican male; born on January 31, 1965 and a graduate of the University of Technology in Jamaica, West Indies.

Experience & Personal Strengths:

  • Broad experience and knowledge in the field of building estimating, property planning and development, and building construction.

  • Project management of large retail installations, brought in on-time and under budget with no subsequent problems.

  • Business consultant with knowledge and experience in business plan development and writing.

  • Paralegal with knowledge and experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and working with clients.

  • Strong administrative, interpersonal and administrative skills.

  • Highly motivated, always maintaining a positive attitude, a team player, reliable, and results oriented.

Achievements

  • Between 2000 to 2002, Dale applied his architectural and project development skills to generate the idea and concept for a company to develop a multi-million dollar mega resort city on land at Harmony Hall Estates in Trelawney, Jamaica.   • Over the past 5 years Dale has acquired extensive legal experience in handling legal issues in federal court in the United States.

  • Prepared legal briefs and argued several criminal, immigration and civil cases covering personal injury, medical malpractice, constitutional law and negligence on behalf of pro-se and indigent prisoner clients.

  • When a prominent law firm in North Carolina tried to have federal court in Raleigh dismiss a personal injury lawsuit filed against their client by a prisoner, Dale assisted the prisoner to survive summary judgment and the case is now heading for trial.

  • Dale is currently lead plaintiff in a lawsuit filed against the Bureau of Prisons for discrimination against non- U.S.citizens.
